Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

· Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information for reporting purposes.

· Maintain and reconcile financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Assist in the preparation of external audit schedules and collaborate with auditors during the audit process.

· Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to budgets and forecasts.

· Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance with local and international accounting regulations.

· Prepare and present financial statements for internal stakeholders, including management and executives.

· Continuously improve reporting processes and develop automated solutions for efficiency.

· Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and financial regulations.

· Legal Obligations

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

· Proven experience (2-3 years) in financial reporting, accounting, or related roles.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).

· Knowledge in financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting systems is a plus.
